At present, the domestic food additive industry has set a high threshold for entry. There are more than 5,000 food additives in other countries in the world, and China only approves more than 2,000 of them. In addition, food additives have complete industrial process control and quality supervision in production, which can ensure food safety for the masses.


According to industry insiders, in recent years, China has strictly controlled the quality of food and safety, and the food safety situation has been stable. Statistics from the national food safety regulatory authorities show that in 2016, the pass rate of food safety inspections in China reached 96.8%, and the 42,000 food industry enterprises above designated size have basically reached the international advanced level.
